Catechist Application

The role of a catechist is crucial in preserving and transmitting the faith, forming disciples, and strengthening parish families in their spiritual life. Catechist are prepared to instruct and help form children and youth in the foundations of the Catholic faith to prepare them to receive the sacraments. Every catechist must complete the Diocesan Safe Environment requirements and a background check. Classes are taught every Sunday in English and every Tuesday evening in Portuguese.
